You probably haven't seen a motorbike rider talk on the phone. We see them in India these days. Cell held between ear and shoulder (imagine that!), and the bike speed very low... you can well estimate the traffic picture!

There was one time I was coming home, driving on a two-lane road, and BOTH lanes were occupied by cars driving 60 in an 80 (kms)...one guy in a Porsche and another in a Honda...and they were side by side and I was quite pissed off. Eventually, the Porsche slowed down enough for me to cut him off, and he was on his friggin' phone. I pull up alongside the Honda, and the friggin' woman is on HER phone too!

I was so mad, I blasted my horn and gave her the finger and cut her off and deliberately braked.

Seriously, it's one thing to drive slow on the SLOW lane, but driving on the fast lane no faster than the car beside you while on your phone deserves getting run off the road.

This is so true. People on cell phones drive slow and don't notice all the dangers around them. My friend was hit by someone on their cell phone.

Let's not forget the ones who slow down in front of you, wanting to turn off the road, but can't signal because they're on the phone. Those people simply need to be rear-ended.

You know what's even worse? The ones who are trying to pull out into traffic while talking on the phone! What is so hard about saying, "Hey, let me call you back because I am trying to pull across 2 or more lanes of traffic." Ridiculous. I feel your pain.
