We see them in India these days. Cell held between ear and shoulder (imagine that!), and the bike speed very low... you can well estimate the traffic picture! Eventually, the Porsche slowed down enough for me to cut him off, and he was on his friggin' phone. I pull up alongside the Honda, and the friggin' woman is on HER phone too! I was so mad, I blasted my horn and gave her the finger and cut her off and deliberately braked. Seriously, it's one thing to drive slow on the SLOW lane, but driving on the fast lane no faster than the car beside you while on your phone deserves getting run off the road. The ones who are trying to pull out into traffic while talking on the phone! What is so hard about saying, "Hey, let me call you back because I am trying to pull across 2 or more lanes of traffic."
